Hi, I’m Kirsty, a 26 year old from Edinburgh who’s recently caught the running bug. After taking 30 minutes off my half marathon PB last year I’m determined to keep up the training and get some even faster times under my belt! You can read more about how I got into running on my race history page.
Since getting more into regular running in 2016 I’ve been tracking my runs via my GPS watch. But, I quite like the idea of keeping a training diary to capture some of the more subjective things. And, since I’m the kind of nosy person who likes reading about other people’s training, I thought I might as well do it online!
